Tan Kwang Aik

Executive Chinese Chef 中餐行政总厨

Li Lian’s kitchen is led by Executive Chinese Chef Tan Kwang Aik, who brings over 20 years of experience, including time at Michelin-starred and award-winning Chinese restaurants in luxury hotels. Chef Tan is committed to elevating Cantonese cuisine through carefully crafted dishes made with fresh, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients.

Li Lian 的厨房由中餐行政总厨陈光益(Tan Kwang Aik)主理,他拥有超过20年的丰富经验,曾在米其林星级及多家豪华酒店获奖中餐厅任职。陈厨师致力于通过精心制作的菜品,提升粤菜的传统风味,所用食材新鲜、来源本地且可持续。

Tea Parlour 茶室

Wood-Fired Peking Duck 柴火烤北京烤鸭

Slow-roasted for 50 minutes in a wood-fired oven using locally sourced rambutan wood, the duck is fragrant, tender, and served with crispy skin that melts in your mouth.

Expertly carved tableside, it comes with warm pancakes and classic condiments like sugar, leek, cucumber, garlic, and Chef’s special sauce. Responsibly sourced from local farms, this dish reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.

使用本地采伐的红毛丹木,在柴火烤炉中慢烤50分钟,鸭肉香气四溢、鲜嫩多汁,搭配酥脆外皮,入口即化。

由大厨在餐桌旁精心片制,搭配温热薄饼及经典配料——白糖、京葱、黄瓜、蒜蓉及主厨特制酱汁。烤鸭选用本地农场可持续养殖的优质食材,充分体现了我们对品质与可持续发展的承诺。
